Representative Kohring moved and asked unanimous consent to                                         
withdraw the following:                                                                             
                                                                                                    
    HOUSE BILL NO. 5                                                                                
    "An Act relating to identification required to purchase alcoholic                               
    beverages and tobacco products; relating to identification                                      
    information contained on a driver's license; and providing for an                               
    effective date."                                                                                
                                                                                                    
There being no objection, HB 5 was withdrawn.
